What is RTT?

Rapid Transformation Therapy (RTT) is a multi award winning unique therapy that harnesses the powerful benefits of Hypnosis, Neuro Linguistic Programming and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. This ground breaking approach was developed by leading British Therapist Marisa Peer as a way of helping people quickly identity root cause of the issues they are experiencing to allow them to move forward and live a life free from the chains of the past. 

All our beliefs and behaviours are formed through things that are said to us or things that happen to us, and it creates a blueprint in our subconscious mind that our conscious mind and body work to.  “Think of it like you are the boat on top of the water and your belief and behaviours are lots of anchors sitting below on the sea bed. If you have a physical or mental issue that you want to move away from or change and you can’t it’s because these anchors are there stopping you from moving forward.” in RTT you are guided to use the power of your subconscious mind to identify the root cause of the issues and reframing them in the client’s mind,  helps people pull up those anchors to unleash them from their past to move forward and create their own paradise inside themselves.

What the journey looks like

Many people achieve results in 1 session, occasionally people need more than this but the maximum anyone should ever need is 3.

In Rapid Transformational Therapy emphasis is on speed, so that change comes in a relatively short time and with high speed.

You do not need to come back each week for a session, having to talk about painful events and memories, opeining up a painful wound that cannot heal. Most of the issues can be solved in 1-3 sessions. My goal is not making you dependent on me. My goal is to guide you to your goal as soon as possible, and make you self-propelled, and instead of coming back to me, just recommend me wholeheartedly to others.  

RTT combines elements of cognitive behavioral therapy, NLP and hypnosis, in order to get to the root cause of your issue right at the beginning of our work together, so that you understand it, and the desired changes can take root and change your life for the better. The most important thing is that it really brings changes, as understanding is power.

The Process Step by Step

First contact optional Discovery Call (approximately 15 minutes): we talk about the issue you are looking to solve, what you would like to achieve and what is the process like.

Step 1:

Filling the Intake Form (medical history, goals you want to achieve through RTT, family background and childhood).

Step 2:

Intake Call (approximately 45 minutes) to clarify and further elaborate on the medical history, goals you want to achieve through RTT, family background and childhood.

Step 3:

The Session (approximately 120 minutes) is in a relaxed state of mind (eyes closed, in person or through Zoom), to uncover the root cause of your blocks from past events, to erase and eradicate old limiting beliefs and to install desired new beliefs and behaviours.

Step 4:

Personalised recording, that you have to listen to once a day, for at least 21 days, so that these changes become permanent, as the mind learns by repetition.

Step 5:

Follow up call (approximately 1 hour), to check in on how you have been feeling, changes you have experienced and cover any outstanding questions / issues. 

*Booking a session is subject to the Discovery Call, and confirmation of appointment is subject to payment in advance. The number of sessions depends on the issue and goals.

4 Week Rapid Transformation Therapy Programme Overview

Initial Intake Consultation (45 minutes)

During this initial consultation, we will focus on understanding the issue you want to focus on and most importantly your desired outcomes after undergoing Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT).

Rapid Transformational Therapy Session (2 hours)

During this comprehensive session, I use a combination of Hypnotherapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Physcotherapy and Neuro-Linguistic Programming to guide you through working with your subconscious mind. Together, we will identify the root cause of the physical or mental health issue you wish to address, reframe it, and inspire your mind to embrace a new way of being.

Customised Hypnosis Recording

You will receive a personalised hypnosis recording to listen to for 21 days after your session. This recording, containing in your own words, leverages the mind's receptivness to repetition to rewire the nerons in your mind to work towards you desired changes.

Follow-Up Call (45 minutes)

After the 21-day period, we will have a follow-up call to discuss your progress, the changes you have experienced.

Support During your Transformation Journey

Throughout the 4 week programme, you will have access to me for support via phone, WhatsApp, or email to help guide you through any changes you experience.
